Andrew Bozzelli, Board Secretary

Andrew joined the board of Imagination Theater in August 2014. Andrew is a Managing Director at Livingstone, an international middle market investment bank where he advises both privately and publicly held companies on mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and financial restructuring activities both domestically and cross-border across a number of sectors. Previously, Andrew was a Tax Manager at KPMG LLP, where he spent more than five years advising private equity firms, corporations, and other entities on tax issues related to U.S. and international equity and debt investments. Andrew received his BBA in Finance and MS in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame, and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is also a CPA. Andrew believes that Imagination Theater provides innovative community outreach to meet the needs of diverse audiences while adhering to the principles of the creative arts.
Laura Corn, Vice President
Global Brand Manager, S.C. Johnson
Laura is a global brand manager at S.C. Johnson, leading the strategy and long-term vision of her brand, as well as developing communication assets to support building the brand globally. Previously, she was a donor recruitment representative for the American Red Cross, managing a blood collection territory in southeast Michigan. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Psychology and earned her MBA from Georgetown University. She is excited to utilize her professional experience to further the growth and mission of Imagination Theater.
Cristina DeLeon
Health Consultant, The Segal Company
Cristina joined the board of Imagination Theater in June 2013. Cristina is a Senior Health Benefits Analyst at Segal Consulting and possesses more than 10 years of experience in the retail pharmacy, pharmacy benefit manager (PBM), and health benefits consulting industries. She is a nationally certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT). She is also a member of the North Suburban Pharmacists of Chicagoland Association (NSP) and the Illinois Pharmacists Association (IPhA). Cristina draws inspiration and motivation from Imagination Theater’s mission to provide diverse audiences with original, dynamic, participatory theatrical programming that enhances well-being and creates a more civil, safe society. She holds a strong affinity for the arts and health advocacy and believes in stewardship of one’s community through service and education. Her past volunteer experiences include a community organization focused on quality of life for seniors, a sexual assault survivor advocacy group, as well as local health fairs in the Chicagoland area.
Kevin Drucker
Manager, Quantitative Analyses and Risk Management, John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation
Kevin Drucker became a board member of Imagination Theater in 2017. Currently, he is Manager, Quantitative Analysis and Risk Management in the Investment Office of the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, one of the nation’s largest independent grant-making organizations. His responsibilities range across all of the Foundation’s investment strategies, with particular focus on portfolio design, attribution and risk budgeting, due diligence, and operations. Prior to joining the Foundation, he was Manager of Investment Analysis at the Chicago-based investment consulting firm of Richards & Tierney. Before this, he served as a tax consultant with expertise in the structure of multi-generation estate planning strategies, such as family limited partnerships and charitable trusts, at Arthur Andersen and at the Ayco Company (now a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs). He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago in 2004 and is a 1994 graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he was Phi Beta Kappa and majored in both Economics and Finance. He believes that Imagination Theater empowers young children with the tools they need so that they can inspire others and become great contributors to their community.
Adam Gilbert
US Head of Transformation and Agency Operations, Initiative Media
Adam joined Imagination Theater’s board in 2022. As US Head of Transformation for one of the leading advertising and media agencies, Adam oversees agency operations, talent enablement, revenue generation, media investment, and digital innovation for more than 1,100 employees. In this role, Adam also supports new business development as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization. In 2019, Adam was named one of Chicago Crain’s Business Notable LGBTQ Executives. Adam also serves as the Executive Director for The Chicago Red Line, a contemporary cabaret performance troupe serving the Chicago theater community. He earned his bachelor’s in Music and Communication from DePauw University and later went on to receive his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Adam firmly believes in the power that theater has to teach and transform individuals and communities alike, and is thrilled to support such an incredible organization and mission as Imagination Theater.
Heather Mueller
Chief Marketing and Product Officer, Breakthrough
Heather is the Chief Marketing & Product Officer at Breakthrough, a strategic transportation solutions company. She leads teams creating market engagement and new product development aimed at solving universal client problems by unlocking transportation ecosystem data. Mueller holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago-Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. Heather is passionate about community building and creating engaging experiences and is thrilled to bring her skills and passion to the board of Imagination Theater.
