Theater’s unique interactive style of incorporating theater games, “slice-of-life”
scenes, improvisation and direct dialogue with audiences to address a variety
of social issues doesn’t just work with young people….it works with adults as
well! Since 1998, Imagination Theater has offered staff development workshops
on topics such as sexual harassment, diversity, public speaking, handling
sticky staff situations, and creating effective communication in the workplace.
Most recently, Imagination Theater partnered with two diversity and inclusion
consulting firms - The Felicity Group and The Kaleidoscope Group - to bring
diversity workshops to clients across the country. Our interactive scenes provide
an unparalleled, dynamic energy to any training and our role-play scenarios help
